I have an awesome printer that prints 45ppm, a portable scanner, and a laptop with a hotspot so scan backs and same-day drop is the goal. I take the time to review the documents when I receive them when the client is signing them, and I double-check after to help make it an error-free signing. I have completed various signings like Refinance, Deed of Trust, PCOR, FHA loan modifications, & HUD, to name a few. To date, I have completed over 50 signings. I commute all over Virginia like Newport News, Norfolk, Yorktown, Williamsburg, Virginia Beach & Hampton to name a few locations.
