As a Notary Public/Loan Signing Agent I pay close attention to detail and I am analytical by nature. I understand the cost of loan documents full of errors and the headaches of missing the closing of escrow. I carefully but expeditiously walk the borrower through the loan documents, the Note, the Deed of Trust so the borrower has understanding. As a notary loan signing agent I am impartial but educated so that the borrower knows what they are signing. I will make sure all documents come back filled out, signed, and initialed. Whether its a PCOR, Statement of Information, Trust Certification, or Disbursement of Proceeds, they will always be filled out. I also package and return documents in a timely manner as to not halt the closing process, I know time is of the essence. I am available 7 days a week, from 7am to 9pm.
