I am a full time Notary/Loan Signing Agent serving SW Washington. I have completed 300 loan signings since I began in June of 2020. Previously I had been a successful residential realtor for 11 years. This experience prepared me for loan signings as I was comfortable with the documents and terminology as well as the flow through lenders and title work to recording and disbursement.
