KNOWLEDGEABLE AND DETAIL ORIENTED - I carefully review each and every document to ensure signatures, dates, and initials are complete and properly filled out. I also double & triple check key documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 to ensure they are filled out properly.

FIX MISTAKES QUICKLY - On the rare occasion if a mistake is made, I will immediately stop what I am doing and fix it for you ASAP.

ALL DOCS RETURNED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE - All documents will be returned promptly and on time at the completion of each signing. I'm aware of all my local FedEx & UPS drop-off times and I will keep you informed throughout the entire process.
