MOBILE SERVICES: Mobile means I come to you - at your home, office or any mutual meeting location, including hospitals and long-term care facilities, coffee shops and restaurants. SERVICES: Mortgage Documents (refinance, purchase, sales, reverse(* add on fee), HELOC, wealth management, commercial, etc.) with e-docs and scan back; Investments and Annuities, Power of Attorney, Wills & Trusts, Medical Directives and any document that requires notarization. Acknowledgements, Jurats, Affidavits.

HOURS: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm. Available 24 hours. After hours and Saturday by appointment only. Flexible and convenient for your busy schedule. Always available to receive email, text, phone calls. Prefer text as I can respond to these quickly

FEES: I try to stick with a simple flat fee system. Set charge per type of job/signing. Additional fees only when excessive drive distance/time is required or package size is excessive. You will always know the cost of job when the appointment is set.
