I am extremely detail-oriented and maintain a high level of quality and accuracy with each and every loan signing that I do. All of the forms will come back completely filled out, whether that be the PCOR, statement of information, trust certification, or disbursements of proceeds just to name a few. I can print docs if you prefer or I can pick them up. Whatever is easiest for you. I am also able to hand-deliver packages back to your office. I know your time is valuable and I know if I am not packaging you are. So if you would love to have help with packaging just let me know.

The cities that I service are as followed: Centralia, Chehalis, Lacey, Olympia &Tumwater. My loan signing fee starts at $80 plus $20.00 for scan backs and an additional 58 cents per mile roundtrip if signing is more than 30 miles away.
