I'm a licensed Notary Signing Agent who is certified with the NNA and Fidelity Approved. I am well-versed in settlements, refinances (FHA, VA, conventional etc), split signings, new home signings, identity verification, government paperwork and beneficiary changes, I have worked with many title companies and lenders in my time. I usually average 2-3 signings daily. I am diligent in quality and accuracy and though I have never been a liability to any company I do hold a bond and E&O insurance. I am prompt in returning paperwork and doing required fax-backs as needed. I am personable with each client while maintaining a professional demeanor and I truly enjoy helping people to own homes and save money. I am willing to travel as far north as Bellevue and surrounding cities and as far south as Olympia and surrounding cities.
