I am in the King County area. I am open to cover some pierce county as well. I have the most experience in notary finance related documents. I have helped several clients with their home buying process.

I have completed several loan closing on the bank side. Starting with helping clients become purchase ready down to completing and submitted all documents the underwriter, home lender, notary and client need to close efficiently.

I currently have a single tray laser printer but can purchase an additional tray.
