As a Certified Signing Agent, I have over twenty years of lending and real estate experience and have been involved in thousands of signings. My fees are very competitive and my level of expertise surpasses the industry standard. I am bonded and carry a $100,000.00 Errors and Omissions Policy. I also have a current background check. I serve counties within Washington State including King, Pierce, Snohomish and Thurston counties. I am willing to travel outside of the aforementioned counties.
I have completed the National Notary Association certification course and background check along with the Notary2Pro signing agent certification course.
As a professional, I pride myself on exceptional customer service, attention to detail and on time delivery. My knowledge and demeanor allows clients to feel comfortable with the service provided. I am very familiar with loan packages, which aids me in identifying when or if any pertinent documents are missing from a file.
My office is of commercial grade. The office includes a document shredder, and Panasonic DP-190 laser printer. This printer produces mixed original letter and legal documents. The machine also faxes and scans with professional escrow quality.
