I also can package the loan documents, so your time is available to deal with other matters that need your attention.

It is the year 2021, many people’s schedules are far from the traditional 9a-5p work hours, so by taking this into consideration I am not particular in the travel distance or times of signings. In addition, for my protection, I do carry a $1,000,000 Error & Omissions policy, but with my training and certification by the National Notary Association (NNA) and Loan Signing Service (LSS) it is just that, insurance. In the last year, I have become a licensed realtor in Washington state. Prior to that I was in the hospitality field for the last 20 years.
