An experienced signing agent (1000+ signings) in Washington State, currently covering Pierce, Mason, Thurston, and King Counties.

I meticulously go over each and every document to ensure that signatures, dates, and initials are complete and properly filled out. I triple-check key documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 to ensure they are filled out properly.

If on the (very) rare occasion a mistake is made, I will stop what I am doing and fix it for you ASAP.

Documents will be returned as soon as the signing is complete (I know all of my local FedEx & UPS drop-off times) and I will keep you informed throughout the process.
