Hi! I'm James, and I am available for both Loan Signings as well as General Notary Work in OREGON and WASHINGTON.

I know how important the documents we handle are, and make it my mission to never miss Stamps, Signatures, Dates, Initials, etc. I've studied the loan documents and know all the tricky places they like to hide those signature lines (like right at the top of the 1003)!

When your clients sign a loan with me, I guide them through each document and help them feel comfortable with the whole process. If they ever have questions about loan details I know just who to call. In the unlikely event of an error, I take ownership and work to correct it as soon as possible. I'm professional and personable.

I hold certifications from the NNA and the LSS. I'm Fidelity Approved and TRID certified too. I've got a 10K bond and a 100K E&O policy.
