Experienced with dealing with borrowers and customers. I know the frustration of having to extend a closing. As former Loan Originator and R.E. agent, my aim is close on time.

I use my knowledge and experience to calmly get borrower's signatures correct. I walk borrowers through all the loan docs, 1003's, PCORs, Borrowers info, DOTs, refi docs, etc.... I don't answer questions (Practice Law) but I do show them where their questions answers are. I review all docs before, during and after signings. My personal reputation is at stake and I take pride in taking care of mistakes and getting Docs sent back the same day.

I like to personally package the docs and hand over to closing agents.
