I am an extension of you and your clients, choosing me for your signing ensures your signer will have a professional and excellent experience. With a bachelor’s degree in justice and over six years of experience in a law office, I bring a high level of attention to detail. I thoroughly review each document 3 or more times to confirm that all stamps, signatures, dates, and initials are complete and correctly filled out. I understand the importance of avoiding funding conditions, therefore, key documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and the 1003 are carefully checked to ensure accuracy.

I have a mobile scanner to promptly provide necessary documents and guarantee same-day returns (unless the signing is after hours.) I will always arrive 5-10 minutes early to an appointment and earlier if scheduled in a title office. I will keep you informed throughout the process, to include sharing the tracking number on the package and obtaining a receipt. I am committed to immediately addressing any issues should they arise and ensure that each signing is handled with meticulous care.
