I have completed 150+ signings in the last 6 months. I am extremely detail-oriented and maintain a high level of quality and accuracy with each and every loan signing that I do. All of the forms will come back completely filled out, whether that be the PCOR, statement of information, trust certification, or disbursements of proceeds just to name a few.

The cities that I service are as followed: Centralia, Chehalis, Lacey, Olympia, Puyallup, Tumwater & Tacoma. My loan signing fee starts at $80 plus $20.00 for scan backs and an additional 58 cents per mile roundtrip if signing is more than 30 miles away.
