My first notary commission was in 1976. I am a retired Senior loan officer with over 20 years experience in the Mortgage industry. During my career I originated, finalized and closed hundreds of loans. I specialized in Reverse Mortgages, Jumbo, Subprime, First and Second Combo Purchase and Refinance loans. I tried to be present in as many loan singing "closings" as possible in order to keep my clients comfortable. The transition to becoming a loan signing agent is a natural one.
