I cover Pierce, King, and other surrounding counties. My personality is happy, kind, and I enjoy meeting new people. My professionalism and signing knowledge gently leads and assists clients with their Signing document (s) in a smooth and systematic way.
It's a huge life event. I offer a brief overview of documents without giving advice. Some signings like Reverse Mortgages take a little extra time and patience. Others may zip right through the signing process.

I pay close attention to details regarding instructions, signatures, initials, dates, and notarizations of each signing. Delivery of documents to FedEx, UPS or other are done in a timely manner as time is of the essence. I can scan documents if needed for an additional fee.
