Prior to becoming a notary, I worked within the real estate industry for over 15 years as a Licensed Real Estate Agent Assistant, Transaction Coordinator, and CMA Specialist. I also worked for over 3 years as a Home Purchase Coordinator within the mortgage industry for a national lender. In these roles, I coordinated transactions from contract to closing, managed time-sensitive documentation, and worked closely with lenders, title companies, escrow professionals, attorneys, real estate agents, and homebuyers. This experience developed a strong understanding of closing processes, loan documentation, compliance requirements, and the importance of accuracy and attention to detail.
