I am thorough and skillful in supporting clients' needs; I can assist if uncertainty were to arise at any signing or closing table. I am well organized and expeditious in returning all escrow, lender and title documents for processing; in order to meet all deadlines on time.

I have the capability of receiving e-docs, e-faxes and other electronic requests. I am able to handle signing services for title companies, banking institutions, lenders, etc. to facilitate: purchase, refinance, modifications, trusts, HELOC's, and a variety of other requests. I am not a licensed attorney and am unable to provide legal advice on immigration or any other legal matter. I maintain Errors and Omissions Insurance of over $25K.

I am Certified by the State of WA as a Notary and also Certified and Background Checked by the National Notary Association.
