INTRODUCTION: I am the owner Absolute Integrity Mobile ® (AIM) Notary Services. I provide personalized, detailed and exceptional notary services from first contact of booking, through confirmation and signing with the consumer, to the complete follow-up and delivery of documents. LOCATION: I live in the Vancouver, WA area. I provide mobile notary services in Southwest WA and the Portland, OR metro area. However, no signing is too far as long as the fee is appropriate.

CREDENTIALS: I am an accredited and approved Notary Signing Agent, with my Loan Signing Certification through the National Notary Association (NNA). I am also bonded, background screened and E&O insured through the NNA. I have been a Notary Public since 2007 and have conducted over 5,000 loan signings, with vast experience for: Refinance, Seller, Buyer, Reverse Mortgage, HELOC, Wealth Management, Financial Investments, Estate Planning Documents, Annuities, Medical Directives, Trusts/Wills, Auto Signings, etc.

FEES: The base fee for all standard loan packages is $100. All fees are based upon a 20 mile radius and up to 150 pages, which include two printed copies. Additional fees for added services, such as branch drop-off, fax back, multi-package loan signings, large packages, long distance, more than two signers, etc. As always, all fee offers are considered and negotiable.
