My name is Debra Rose, I am a mobile Notary Public commissioned by the State of West Virginia, NNA Certified Signing Agent, background screened with E & O insurance. I am located in Cabell County, West Virginia. I have been a Notary Signing Agent since May of 2024. I have taken the National Notary Association's Certified Signing Agent Exam and I have also continued my education by watching many (free) YouTube videos offered by Coast2Coast, along with various other signing services websites such as Notary Stars, Loan Signing Systems among others on different types of signings.

I currently work as a property manager where I have been for the last 20 years. Before property management, I was in retail management. I was a notary several years ago but did not renew my commission once it expired. Over the last several years I have been asked numerous times if I was a notary. I am all about helping people and providing the best customer service, so I decided it was time to renew my commission. After renewing my commission, I read on NNA's website about being a remote online notary and a notary signing agent, they both seemed very interesting to me so I took the courses to become certified. I am very excited to begin this adventure. I love working with people, meeting new people, traveling around my city, and truly care about helping others.
Since I began accepting assignments as a Notary Signing Agent I have been able to work with some amazing companies and individuals at National Signing Service, Coast2Coast Signings, Prestige Inc., and Investor Bootz. I look forward to and hope to continue working with them in the future, as well as acquiring new signing companies.

I continue to work as a full-time property manager, but I will do my best to take as many assignments as I can to assist you and promise to treat your clients with the utmost respect. I live and work in Cabell County. The areas (or counties) closest to me are Putnam, Lincoln, Wayne, Mason, Kanawha, Boone, and Logan. However, since I do like to travel, I am willing to travel to other areas in West Virginia, as my schedule allows.
