I have been a notary for the state of WV since 2018. I cover the city of Martinsburg and surrounding areas such as Hedgesville, Kearneysville, Shepherdstown, Ranson, and Charles Town serving both Berkeley and Jefferson Counties. I may be willing to travel further into WV such as Berkeley Springs or Morgan County but that will be on a case by case status.
