I’ve completed successful loan signings through SigningOrder and have handled motor vehicle transactions independently via Mavsign. I’ve also worked with The Closing Exchange, CloseWise, and completed individual mobile notary assignments through Notary Cafe.

Over the past year, I’ve been committed to providing reliable general notary work and mobile loan signings, with a strong focus on attention to detail and professionalism. I’ve participated in multiple mock signings to master various loan packages (Refinance, Purchase, Reverse Mortgage, etc.) and I am fully confident in closing loans without error.

I am actively expanding my commission to cover neighboring states — I’m certified in Pennsylvania and currently within the six-month window to complete my state test for commission. I also plan to add Maryland to my coverage area soon.
