I believe in 100% transparency with my hiring partners. Currently, my profile reflects two disputes that I am actively resolving. These incidents were the result of a 'perfect storm' of factors outside of my control—specifically, early afternoon signings and then an evening signing, unmapped rural locations leading to arrival delays and signers insisting on document alterations against my professional advice.
​Despite these challenges, I remain dedicated to my clients; in one instance, the signers were satisfied with my professionalism so they provided a personal gratuity, even though the signing service later flagged the file due to the signer's own markings. I am currently obtaining individual feedback and evidence to overturn these ratings and look forward to demonstrating my reliability and expertise on your next assignment. I will always call clients if signing runs together and I will be later than expected!
