My background includes an extensive career with one of the top Financial Services Company where I was the Director of Operations and a Registered Principal. As a director and registered principal, my responsibilities included monitoring advisor's business practices to insure all SEC, FINRA and NASD rules and regs were being adhered to when working with the clients. Was state licensed for Life, Health and Variable Annuities. I was also registered with FINRA for Series 6, 7, 26, 51, and 63 in numerous states. Was responsible for overall effectiveness of agency operations in each parent location and associated offices. This included supporting the agency's business processes, expense and sales monitoring as well as managing overall agency operations including supervision of agent business practices and trending. Was also responsible for development of plans and processes to ensure the agency is operating effectively and in a compliant manner. Was a key business partner of the Managing Director and participated in many marketing aspects in the agency. My position also had managerial oversight of the operations staff. Provided direct support to the Managing Director in developing business initiatives to continually improve results. Developed and implemented programs to ensure cost effective use and application of personnel technology and time. Provided the leadership to the firm during the Managing Director's absence.My strengths in my past position will favorably impact my new career as a signing agent.
