I am a local title insurance agent with experience handling both cash and mortgage real estate closings. I am very familiar with the closing process and enjoy helping make what can sometimes be a complicated process as smooth and straightforward as possible.

I have closing locations in both Holcombe and Ladysmith, Wisconsin, and I am willing to travel when needed for an additional fee. While I currently work a 9–5 schedule, I understand that real estate transactions don't always happen during regular business hours. I am happy to accommodate weekend and after-hours closings when possible.
