I am here to help you have a successful closing. My goal is to have the signer have a comfortable experience, and have all their questions answered. I will triple check for initials, signatures, and dates on the Notice of Right to Cancel and see that the 1003 are properly executed. I will keep you informed throughout the signing of meeting times, the end of closing, and drop off time. If, on the rare occasion, there is ever a mistake, I will fix it as soon as possible, you are my priority!
