I am highly trained as a LSA which means I pay attention to detail while triple checking your documents at a minimum. Little things that can hinder a closing like non borrower signatures, missed initials or incorrect notarial certificates will make you miss a deadline. I am reliable of making sure that does NOT happen to you. You will get your documents back ASAP and on any rare occasion a mistake is made on my part I am quick to fix it! That being said, I love to learn and was a teacher for 8 years previously. Walking people through a step-by-step process comes naturally to me. I am use to diverse groups of people and situations.
