After doing this very work years ago, my commission expired in 2010, I have many pages in my logbook from years ago, an experienced veteran of notary signings. At that point in time I was quite busy selling Fannie Mae foreclosures, I did let my commission lapse. At this point in time (2024) I am just about retirement age, going to slow down real estate with just a few close clients and then I remembered and this it is just what I am looking for. I live in Walworth County Wisconsin and hope to do closings in and around this area. Age, knowledge and experience is what I can bring to a closing.
