I’ve been conducting Loan signings and General notary assignments for 6 months+ now and I’ve assisted more than 100 clients notarizing Commercial Loans, new Mortgages, Reverse Mortgages, Refinances, Power of Attorney documents, Wills, Trusts, and a few Deeds.

As a professional full-time Signing Agent, it is my duty to ensure that the signing process goes as smooth as possible by:

Carefully identifying the signer(s)
Verify the signer(s) knowledge of the documents
Verifying signer(s) willingness to sign

As a knowledgeable Notary, my main concern is your Client!
I will attend to your client during the final phases of the closing by:

Staying up to date on the changing Notary laws

Ensuring all documents will be presented with a brief description and verbalized in a comprehensive matter

Ensuring all documents are triple checked for 100% accuracy before submitting

Ensuring your client goes through a comfortable Loan signing experience

I will keep my accomplices in the loop with prompt updates before, during, and after the completion of the assignment, and I have no problem calling you with any questions or concerns I may have.
