I understand how a PCOR, Notice of Right to Cancel, Trust Certification, and other key documents should be filled out. I also know how to split and package documents.

I am an LSS and NNA certified notary public in the state of Wisconsin. I have $100,000 of E&O insurance and a surety bond. I have served the following counties: Milwaukee, Sheboygan, Walworth, Washington, Fond du Lac, Jefferson, Ozaukee, and Waukesha. I have a very flexible schedule and I am also available on weekends and holidays.

As an impartial witness, I assure that the signers are verified and have a clear understanding of what it is that they are signing. I exhibit my punctuality by being on time to signing appointments, as well as returning the documents promptly after a signing. At the same time, I am meticulous and have a triple check system to make sure that no signatures, initials, or dates are missed, or anything else that can cause a funding condition. In the event that something needs to be revised after a closing, I will prioritize correcting the mistake immediately.
