I ensure that the borrower has a great signing experience and correctly fills out all of the necessary forms.

I make sure the Note, Mortgage, CD, Settlement Statement, and Notice of Right to Cancel, and all other documents are all filled out completely and signed/dated properly.

And I’ll be sure your docs are returned promptly to you. I don’t miss the drop off times, and if FedEx/UPS is closed, I'll ship first thing the next day.
