I was a notary in Montana and I am currently a notary in Wyoming since March 2022. I also worked as a loan closer for mortgage companies in Oregon, Wyoming, and Utah sending docs to title. I have worked as an escrow assistant in Oregon and New Mexico. I also worked as a commercial property manager in Montana. I read the notary signature blocks so I know if it is a jurat or just an acknowledgement. Wyoming is a large state and winter roads are treacherous or closed. For locations more than hour from Casper, I charge $10 per notarial stamp plus $0.70 per mile. I can cover any location in Wyoming, but from November to early May, weather and road conditions will dictate my availability.
