I am an Arizona Notary Public and Certified Notary Signing Agent with hands-on experience completing loan signings and other notarial assignments. I am NNA background screened, NSA certified, and carry Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance. I also hold an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.

I have successfully completed numerous signings with a strong record of accuracy and no signing errors. I take pride in providing professional, organized, and dependable service while ensuring each signer has a positive experience. I have received high satisfaction and positive feedback from signers, title agents, lenders, and real estate professionals I have worked with.

My background in real estate has given me a strong understanding of the importance of professionalism, confidentiality, attention to detail, and timely communication throughout the closing process. I understand that as a signing agent, I represent more than just myself. I am an extension of the title, escrow, lender, and signing service, and I take that responsibility seriously.

I am bilingual in English and Spanish and am comfortable working with a diverse range of clients. My goal with every assignment is to provide an accurate, professional, and seamless signing experience from beginning to end.

Coverage Area: Greater Phoenix Metro and surrounding areas. Available to travel up to 100 miles, or approximately 2 hours, for assignments depending on location and scheduling.
