I LOVE being a full-time Notary Public, it never gets boring - I love the surprise everyday of finding out who I will be meeting, and where and when (A signing at a home on top of Camelback Mountain overlooking the Valley is still my favorite). Each day is a new adventure.
As a Mobile Signing Agent we have the opportunity to enrich peoples lives - facilitating important home purchase closings, or seller closings. I take joy in celebrating the good times with say a first time home buyer but also have compassion for one who may be selling because of a challenging life circumstance.
Even though as Notaries we may be limited in advice we can provide that doesn't mean we have to be uneducated. I am an educated signing agent with NNA Certification covering Scottsdale and Phoenix. I'm one that doesn’t miss signatures, dates or initials. I ensure that the borrower has a great signing experience and correctly fills out all of the forms. I make sure the PCOR, Notice of Right to Cancel, 1003, and all major docs are all filled out completely and signed/dated properly. And I’ll be sure your docs are returned promptly to you… I don’t miss the drop off times.
