I have been a mobile Notary Public since 2022. Since 2020, I've worked primarily as a recording specialist recording real estate documents to the California counties. I understand the frustrations with documents containing errors, whether in the body, the signature lines, or acknowledgments/jurats of documents that causes documents to get rejected at the County. This is not fun for anyone. Therefore as a Notary myself, I understand the need and value for all documents to comply with lender requirements and compliance with County recording standards. Legibility and properly executed notarizations are my top priority. While most of my notary assignments concern Powers of Attorney, I've also worked on Trust Deliveries, Loan Signings, and general deed-type assignments. I am stationed primarily in Mission Valley Monday thru Friday and El Cajon on Saturdays but i can travel anywhere in San Diego County. I am available to take assignments towards the late afternoons and evenings on weekdays (except Wednesdays) and all day Saturday.
