Prior to moving to Florida I was an attorney in Connecticut for 40 years and still maintain a law practice there. I've represented buyers and sellers in a variety of real estate transactions, as well as other legal work, including refinancings and preparing wills, living wills and powers of attorney, some of which documents were signed in local hospitals. I've probably conducted a total of more than 1,000 loan signings in Connecticut and Florida. Most recently, these signings were as a mobile loan signing agent (attorney) throughout the state of Connecticut and now in Florida.

I am available to cover signings in Palm Beach County, Martin County, and St. Lucie County, with other counties TBD.
