After serving for more than 40 years in the financial industry in positions ranging from management leadership, business development, and lending, I made the transition from employee to an Independent Loan Signing Contractor in February 2021. During the past year I invested time and resources into educating myself on the Title Producer/Loan Signing industry. I am a certified member of the National Notary Association, with $100,000.00 E&O Insurance, and I’m Background Screened. I’m also licensed in Maryland as a Title Producer.
I pride my self in doing the best job possible for my clients, and take immediate ownership and responsibility for ensuring that my work quality is maintained at a highly satisfactory level. I schedule monthly check-in meetings with my clients to obtain their feedback on the quality of my performance, and what they would like to see me do differently.
I have experience working with 1st and 2nd Trust Mortgages, Loan Modifications, Refi’s, and Home Equity Loans and Lines of Credit products and their related documents; I ‘m comfortable presenting credit documents to any client segment; and I’m extremely passionate about ensuring service excellence.
