I have been a member of the National Notary Association since June 2020. I'm a certified loan signing agent and I have completed well over a 1000 loan signings which include, sellers agreements, buyers agreements, refinances, HELOC loans and reverse mortgages. I work directly for many signing companies, Escrow and Title Companies. I arrive on time at appointments and follow signing instructions. I'm very detail oriented. I check and re-check my work to make sure all documents are complete, and all signatures and initials are signed correctly. I make sure documents are dropped to make pickup time.
