Texas Commissioned Notary Signing Agent and licensed REALTOR® with 9 years of residential real estate experience. I know closing documents from the inside — Closing Disclosures, deeds of trust, promissory notes, and title paperwork are part of my everyday work, not something I'm learning on the job. That means smooth, accurate signings and borrowers who feel confident about what they're signing.

Before real estate, I spent 15 years as an educator. I'm skilled at explaining things clearly and calmly without giving legal advice, and keeping appointments on track — especially for first-time buyers or anxious signers.

What you can count on:

Prompt communication — confirmations sent right away, status updates after every signing
On time, prepared, and professional at every appointment
Careful review for signatures, initials, and dates before docs are returned
Polite, patient, and respectful with every borrower

Proudly serving Southlake, Westlake, Keller, Colleyville, Grapevine, Trophy Club, Roanoke, Hurst, Euless, Bedford, and North Richland Hills.
