I have been a notary since 1998 and have accommodated 1000's of closings. Before the down turn of the market in 2006, I was the in-house notary for Stewart Title in Riverside, CA. I have worked as a loan officer for Norwest Mtg and Wells Fargo originating retail home loans. I am very familiar with all loan types, purchases, refi's, reverse mtg docs, seller packages and miscellaneous documents.

I was employed by a signing service as a Closing Coordinator assigning notaries nationwide to orders and also as a Trainer for our In-House Notaries.

In 2015 I moved to Phoenix, AZ. Set up my notary commission and completed signings as an independent Notary for a variety of signing services.

I was hired by Bank of America as part of the Corporate Notary team to process and notarize Lien Releases until the division was transferred to another location.
