I follow lender and title instructions closely, prepare before the appointment, verify signatures, initials and notarizations before return, provide scanbacks when required, and communicate promptly so your team is not left wondering about the status of a file.

I am experienced with Buyer & Seller Packages, Refinances, Reverse Mortgages, HELOCs, Loan Modifications, Commercial & Construction Loans, Deeds, Trusts, POAs and other real estate/notarial documents. My 13-year banking background gives me additional experience with financial documents, confidentiality, customer service and detail-sensitive transactions.

I am especially well-suited for assignments that are difficult to cover, sensitive, or high profile. I accept rural and extended-distance appointments, unpaved-road locations, evenings, weekends and last-minute signings when available. I do not rush signers, and I know how to keep an appointment organized and moving while giving borrowers the attention they need.

My goal is to help prevent missed signatures, incomplete packages, avoidable callbacks and unnecessary delays. I understand that at the signing table I am representing your company, your title or escrow team, and your client relationship as well as my own.
