I understand the sense of urgency and commitment to the closing process and will ensure the following as your assigned notary signing agent:
-I will always confirm the signing date, time and location.
-I will review all notes for each signing.
-I will check documents for common printing/errors.
-I check each document for proper signature/initials/dates/notary stamps on every page.
-I will guide the signer through the closing documents and not explain in detail.
-I will triple check the set of signed documents for errors before leaving each appointment.
-Being proactive and communicating if I see something incorrect or omitted on the documents.
-Continuous communication with borrower/signing service regarding the closing and completion of each signing.
-I will conduct the closing with professionalism and confidence.
