I have been a Certified Signing Agent in and for the State of Arizona for over 2 years however I have been involved with the signing process for over 20 years with my wife’s company LCR Mobile Notary Service, LLC. I have completed several hundred closings including Refinance, Reverse Mortgage, HELOC, Auto Loans, Purchase and Sales. I am also trained on hybrid loans for all fifty states. I am also Fidelity approved. I am able to accept e-docs and send scan backs for an additional fee. I am more than willing to travel statewide to complete signings: however, the fee will be negotiated at the time of assignment. I have two different office location this will allow me to cover a larger area at the same fee. I pride myself in competing each assignment with attention to detail and professional integrity.
