Hiring me for your signing will ensure that you will get your mortgage documents signed quickly and correctly and your borrower will have a positive signing experience.

I meticulously go over each and every document to ensure that signatures, dates, and initials are complete and properly filled out. I promise to “triple check” key documents (ex. the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003) to ensure they are filled out properly. I have been a notary since 2018 and you can be confident in my ability.

If on the rare occasion a mistake is made, I will stop what I am doing and resolve the issue promptly. I want every signing experience with me to be a positive one, and your satisfaction is my #1 priority.

The documents will be returned on time as soon as the signing is completed. I will keep you informed throughout the whole process and will include the time it was sent out and tracking information upon request.
