I am extensively trained and have passed the NNA Certification Exam and the Loan Signing System Exam. I assure you that I will be an extension of the signing service to your clients from my professional attire to being on time to each appointment. I will carefully walk borrowers through the loan documents starting with the Note, CD and First Payment Letter; I will never miss signatures, dates or initials (including the top of the 1003); I will be sure to properly notarize, sign, date and stamp; I will assist borrowers in correctly filling out any needed forms, in addition to providing signatures, including the Trust Certification Form, PCOR, and Statement of Information; I am detail oriented and careful in my work, triple checking every signing that I complete. I understand the importance of returning loan docs ASAP after the signing due to missing rate locks and ensuring timely loan funding. If in the future I make a mistake, I will prioritize seeking resolution to avoid additional delays for all involved parties. Lastly and most importantly when filling out the Notice of Right to Cancel I will ensure the borrower (or both borrowers) correctly complete the document, initialing any necessary date changes for the 3 day rescission period.
