I’m comfortable not only presenting the documents to the signers, but also handling any issues or concerns that might arise during a signing. As part of my personal performance standards, I perform triple checks for accuracy, before leaving the signers, to ensure all documents are error-free and provide a status update immediately following the signing. Most importantly, I understand the time-sensitive environment of real estate closings, so I make sure the signed document package is delivered to title immediately, in the manner requested.
