I am a notary with 15 years experience as a mortgage broker, have also done closings, Certified with NNA and LSS. Will do closing out of area and same day doc signing and return. If evening closing will have them to title first thing in the morning. Have good understanding of loan locks, right of rescission and knowledge of all signing places on Doc's. Very attentive to clients and if there are any problems will have them fixed the same day. I am located in Phoenix but, will do all cities around Phoenix up to 100 miles away.
