Hiring me for your assignment means you will get an agent that’s professional, courteous, and dedicated to executing the signing properly. I will take the extra time to go over the documents to ensure that all signatures, dates, and initials are completed properly. I will take extra time for the key documents such as Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 to ensure there is no chance of costing any delays. In the rare event of a mistake, I will make it my priority to remedy the mistake ASAP.

Upon completion of the signing, I will return the documents promptly. I am aware of all my local FedEx locations and drop times.

I will contact you as I arrive on sit of the signing location before executing the signing. I will also notify you when the assignment is completed and documents have been dropped.

My Fees are as follows:

• $100 - $150 on EVERY type of signing
• $50- HELOC (Home Equity Line of Credit)/ 2nd mortgages
• $75- Seller packages
• $50-Loan applications
