I have Loan Signing Agent certifications from the NSA, Notary2Pro, and Loan Signing System. I recognize that as a Loan Signing Agent, I am an extension of your company and represent you at the signing table. I am detail-oriented and understand that missed signatures can cause issues with loan funding. I understand that it is important to be on time for every closing. I understand that scan-backs need to be done in a timely manner (within two hours of the closing) and that the signed loan package needs to be sent back the same day if at all possible.

I can accept signings from 4:00 P.M. until midnight, Monday through Friday and any time on Saturday or Sunday and holidays.
