NNA Certified, background-screened signing agent serving the West Valley, with $125,000 E&O. Thirty years leading multi-unit operations means your signing starts on time, is reviewed before I arrive, and comes back complete.

I'm Richard Silber, a commissioned Arizona Notary Public based in Surprise, covering Surprise, Sun City, Sun City West, El Mirage, Peoria, Glendale, Goodyear, Buckeye, Litchfield Park, Avondale and west Phoenix. Evenings and Saturdays available. I review every package before the appointment, confirm with the borrower the day before, check every signature, initial and date before I leave the table, and return documents the same day. I follow Arizona's right-thumbprint journal rule on every deed and deed of trust. Laser printer, letter and legal; e-documents accepted.
